if the market crashs I won't be shocked,
Does this mean I should start buying gold from Rosland Capitalâ„¢ like Glenn Beck tells me?
Should I stock up on baked beans and plushies?

You don't already? You should always do that, crisis or no crisis.
Weren't /pol/ freaking out about something regarding this for the last few months?
Why anyone even cares about such an abstract concept like a doomsday clock is just so confusing.
Well the one for nuclear war and global catastrophe (global climate change+ natural disasters) are interesting experiments but they are totally abstract, its more of a tradition

/pol/ freaks out about black people having equal rights to whites and how badly we need a second holocaust, their opinions are pretty much never relevant to any sane person

So, as you can clearly tell, everything went to shit after the 90's. What made the 90's so great? Nobody knows.
From what I've heard, video games, commercials, tv, and movies.
Annnnd that's about it far as I know.
But yeah I'm not sure what to think about a second Great Depression, other than I hope it won't last long if it happens.
looks like we're about to enter a bear market. is it such a bad thing? probably won't be as bad as this article makes out.
I too can pull some random "doomsday clock" out of my ass and predict there's going to be a huge crash and cash in on all of the panic caused by such an article.

We've been in a bear market everywhere in Europe, UK, North America and Japan since the crash. That's not new.

Which crash? We have been doing pretty good since the 2008 crash, really good in fact. Prices have just been stagnant in 2015.

That doesn't mean there's a Bull Market.

The very definition of a bull market is rising prices... prices rose dramatically since 2008. I don't know where you get the idea that there's a bear market right now. Prices aren't dropping.
