I remember a story about a man who slid under the garage door of a house as the family was leaving for a 2-week vacation, thinking he'd get some phat lewt while they were gone. Problem was the door to the house inside the garage was locked, as was the garage door itself, so he was stuck in their garage for 2 weeks living on dog food. When the family came back and opened the garage, he ran out and later sued them for imprisoning him against his will, and WON.
