There's so much wrong with the logic used here.
I'll just say this: You're opinion will change when this tiny "optional" snowball turns into an avalanche.
Rockstar fucked Gta:5 with "optional shortcut" microtransactions, I doubt Ubisoft will do any better.
You remind me of those people who say that if gay people can get married than next people will be marrying their dogs.

Yeah, that's because it's a fucking slippery slope fallacy that's being used.
Since you seem to be clairvoyant can you tell me when I will meet my true love?
The slippery slope argument isn't bogus. Times change and predictions can and will be made. Talking about precedents is a valid thing to talk about, as long as it is reasonable.
In my view, companies have an incentive to make money. And micro-transactions are a way to make money for games companies. It isn't unreasonable that companies will push micro-transactions, just to the point where it is most profitable and most sustainable for their money making system.
That point, in my opinion, has yet to be reached. But it is being approached as time goes by, and it is likely to adversely affect the design of future AAA games (those AAA games that contain micro transactions)
Didn't EA attempt this with Skate 2 a while ago where you could literally buy a 100% save as dlc ?
Is this what they meant by taking PC more seriously?
Well considering LoL is the most popular PC game in the universe they probably interpreted that as people wanting more microtransactions.
Why does this matter? Just don't fast track, it's optional and to be honest the only people stupid enough to do it is their target audience anyway.
I don't mind this if it is in Single Player only.
So I become hetero, or at least bi? Sweet, much easier than being gay.

It's Amanda Hugginkiss.
AC IV did this and nobody gave 2 shits.
Same with bf4.
as long as they don't make it feel like a F2P grinfest like Black Flag's multiplayer does, there's really no issue
