What does our flawed voting system have to do with the people who live here? It's not our fault, we didn't design it. We just have to live under it, alright? Don't generalize Americans by the actions of a few. Remember how huge the US is. Our population is as varied as Europe's.
:I Dude. We did design it, since the day it was created. We've amended it, we've fought over it, we've defined it over the years. Everything doing with this system was our doing. Yes, maybe we didn't but our previous generations did. You have a problem with it? TAKE ACTION. We are represented by the few, and the only way we can make sure we are mis-represented to the world is by choosing those who represent us fairly.
This party shit is bullshit. What ever happened to americans for americans?
This party shit is bullshit. What ever happened to americans for americans?
That went out when idiots who don't read or pay attention decided to allow corporations to have more than 10 lobbyists per politician and be labeled as "people".
A graffito advised “For a Good Time call 800-Michelle (crossed out), Hillary (crossed out) and Pelosi (circled in red.)
Well, that's certainly something I wish I didn't visualize.
If Obama gets an outhouse, do the Republicans get a hazardous waste containment center?

I'm trying. That it hasn't been fixed yet is not an excuse to go "oh lol dumb americans haha silly worthless americans all of em".
I'll take 8! Why is it that some republicans still refuse to believe that Obama's birth certificate is legit?
very few still refuse to believe that personally I can find a hundred things worse about him than his alleged place of birth
very few still refuse to believe that personally I can find a hundred things worse about him than his alleged place of birth
Mind giving a rundown of the 100? Or do you have a flashy website that will do it for you?
Yes, we're trying. I'm trying. That it hasn't been fixed yet is not an excuse to go "oh lol dumb americans haha silly worthless americans all of em".
Motivate yourself to get beyond the stereotype then. Prove us wrong.

That it hasn't been fixed yet is not an excuse to go "oh lol dumb americans haha silly worthless americans all of em".
That's not what he did though. I sympathize with you on the fact that I cringe when we're generalized, but act logically to it and don't overreact to it. Trust me, the more cool, calm and collected you act in front of naysayers, the more you help shake off that image.
Mind giving a rundown of the 100? Or do you have a flashy website that will do it for you?
I could make a flashy website to do it for me.
This is actually pretty awesome, in a way. In a lot of countries you would shot/hung for this, or sent away to a secret prison and tortured for a long period of time. By flaunting this disgraceful artifact at political convention it just shows that the U.S. isn't as bad of a place as it seems sometimes, or at least compared to the rest of the world.
Yes, we're trying. I'm trying. That it hasn't been fixed yet is not an excuse to go "oh lol dumb americans haha silly worthless americans all of em".
You're absolutely walking the plank right overboard here. Your behavior is totally out of tune with what was actually said to you. I bet that's what we get from the Hollywood generation. (you're attaching a lot of bad labels to yourself mate.) [editline]21st June 2012[/editline] what i meant to say is: You managed to make it all about you.
At Saturday’s convention in Missoula, Montana,
No, no, I refuse to believe it. Article must be fake. I live in Montana, Missoula is a college town full of hippies that smell like cheese. There couldn't be any republicans there. I saw 18 Priuses in the space of 30 minutes there, and at least 5 different people on 5 different street corners with signs saying something along the lines of "legalize it".
Guess they sure showed Obama, huh? That'll teach him for being black.
Is it really such a surprise, given where it is?
why are people rating you dumb? it's america, home of the stupid-as-fuck racists.
why are people rating you dumb? it's america, home of the stupid-as-fuck racists.
As well as 310,000,000 other sane people...
As well as 310,000,000 other sane people...
so? he was talking about stupid behavior coming from america, and frankly I'm not surprised it's coming from here. We're a great country in many ways, including stupidity.
It's the genesis of the western brainfart culture and the worship of it. I can't help that it's true... But you guys can. As in, you can do something about it. [editline]24th June 2012[/editline]
As well as 310,000,000 other sane people...
You're talking a 2/98% between crazy and sane when it's actually closer to 30/20/50 in crazy/ignorant/sane. Voting polls, Fox Ratings and the size of the republican party clearly demonstrates that. If nothing else, then the Obama=Muslim shitstorm which really encompasses the ultimate devolution of your ability to direct your attention at what's actually relevant, in order to provide mass comedy for the rest of us. While we appreciate the sentient, we'd love you to only do that when the world can't be derailed as a consequence. What i mean is that there's a lot of things in your culture and social structure that makes you easily the most gullible and modlable country on earth and you're not doing anything but bitching at the people outside pointing towards it. When it's Korea or China, you justify it with "LOLCOMMIE" when it's europe you go all "LOLSOCIALISTS". No surveys, no analysis and no will to discuss it. Just sensationalistic shithurling. Once in a while you even shoot yourselves in the feet with the Human Rights card, that you don't even adhere properly to yourselves, so. I mean, Last year we saw everyone ready to accuse the Republicans for treason because they were considering... treason. But now, 30% again thinks that they're all bro, even though they were actively attempting to crash the country to gain power. That's over the line! But why give a fuck, eh?
Well, that's certainly something I wish I didn't visualize.
I'm sure there's someone out there who has nothing better to do than to write a fanfic about this. ...
As Barack gently slides down Nancy's bra, exposing her soft, supple breasts, he stares intently into her eyes. "What's wrong, Mr. President?" Nancy whispers into hi-
OH GOD, I CAN'T DO IT! ARRRRGH! brb, pouring bleach all over my brains.
Ugh, fucking dumb hicks.
