They've put discounts on everything but that, so don't expect it to.
It would be mean to everyone that bought it before the sale and they don't want the launch sales which are big to be discounted. Without being on sale it's still in top 4 on most sold games despite the sales.

A few good deals but i can see they are trying to sell products with "rare cards" - If i were a rich man i would but i am no fool, a virtual card is worth nothing more than demand that people will pay for it.

For those interested, don't purchase Half-Life or Counter-Strike Complete packs unless you only need those games for your collection due to larger overall discounts in the Valve Complete Pack.
