It's possible that we already do, but because such a concept isn't really a thing yet, we probably peg them as other types of refugees.

Keep in mind that the ice that's really important for earth's temperature regulation is the south pole ice. That'll keep the earth's oceans circulating for another century or two. Some of us may want to have kids, you know. Or like the idea that humanity will continue to flourish after our death. And even then, the consequences of climate change will be evident in our (or at least my) lifetime.
