Additionaly, it's crimes per 100,000 citizens, so LA probably has more crimes, just because it is a much larger city. (about 6 times larger.)

LA may have more crime total, but DC still has a higher crime rate, a much higher concentration. I was discussing crime rate. It would probably be much safer in LA than in DC.

Wow, I would've thought Richmond would've been in Oakland's place. I've seen dead fucking bodies on the side of the highway while driving past Richmond; its a scary place.
