Not really. One or two warheads detonating on the Korean Peninsula is not going to put out a harmful amount of fallout. If it would most of Texas, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, and Oklahoma would be an uninhabitable, radioactive hell due to the [i]thousands[/i] of detonations that went off in the Nevada Test Range.
