I just happened to catch this on Newgrounds. Usually "found dead at his home" is a phrase used in a suicide. I would know, my uncle did it back in 2004. This was a few days ago too.

It seems like some sort of mental disorder runs in the family. Perhaps manic depression. At least Jesse is getting treatment for it so hopefully she can grow up to live a comfortable life.
I'm sure his reputation in that community took a big dive. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what made him kill himself if that is indeed how he died.
