Watch activision blame the PC community for their game not doing as well this year.
to be honest far more people pirated mw2 than bought it, they have a right to be annoyed it's not as if the pc sales would be anything like the console sales though, even if there were no pirates
Doesn't matter if the PC version is leaked, it uses Steamworks so it's still encrypted.
Not on the disc. Plus it depends on what kind of ecryption it uses anyway.
They are freaking out over just disc two? Besides CoD4 was the only decent one out of all of the new additions.
they have a right to be annoyed
I wouldn't say that when they pump out the same game every year with a new shitty storyline and some new weapons, it's their own fault that more people pirate than buy their games
The reason Activision will do terrible this year is because they're basically pumping out the same game with minor differences. The franchise has turned into FIFA.
Except, funnily enough, FIFA has actually been making damn good releases since FIFA 10. Each subsequent game has gotten better and better with major changes. Comparing CoD to FIFA is an insult to FIFA.
Steam encrypted game cannot be cracked. It's impossible. But if it was a cd version, then it wasn't encrypted because putting encrypted files on a cd is stupid as shit.
Quick post links to it, we can be ~MLGPRO~ before the rest of the world gets it!! [editline]29th October 2011[/editline]
They are freaking out over just disc two?
Steam encrypted game cannot be cracked. It's impossible.
They totally can. I'd give you a dozen links of steamworks games that were cracked and playable without steam but that would get me banned.
They totally can. He means encrypted as in how a game is encrypted when you preload it: the game content itself is scrambled and Steam needs to use a special key to decrypt it after the game is released.

Well I still have proofs games were hacked and released on websites before official release as well. Aliens Vs Predator (the 2010 game) was released on several warez websites on a drm-free form a few days before release.
can someone explain to me why bf3 is so different from bc2?
can someone explain to me why bf3 is so different from bc2?
Can you explain me how you came to the conclusion that people who criticize mw3 are necessarily bf3 fanboys ?
Oh okay. Well I still have proofs games were hacked and released on websites before official release as well. Aliens Vs Predator (the 2010 game) was released on several warez websites on a drm-free form a few days before release.
Then they must have gotten ahold of a version of the files that was not downloaded from steam.
Watch activision blame the PC community for their game not doing as well this year.
I blame activision for activision
Why would you even pirate this shit, let alone buy it?
Oh okay. Well I still have proofs games were hacked and released on websites before official release as well. Aliens Vs Predator (the 2010 game) was released on several warez websites on a drm-free form a few days before release.
Wasn't that a press release that got leaked? Or as someone else stated, not steam version. Steam encrypted games cannot be cracked before release. Not only is the data encrypted, not all data is preloaded, mainly the executable itself, so you can't run it even if you somehow manage to decrypt it. [editline]29th October 2011[/editline]
Why would you even pirate this shit, let alone buy it?
Because I don't know, people actually enjoy it? Go bandwagon somewhere else.
Except, funnily enough, FIFA has actually been making damn good releases since FIFA 10. Each subsequent game has gotten better and better with major changes. Comparing CoD to FIFA is an insult to FIFA.
It's a sports game, I cannot think of ANY major changes besides adding/removing players.
I love how he's asking for £295 plus £1.50 for the p&p. :v:
Because someone is crazy enough to pay that much for it.
Why would you even pirate this shit, let alone buy it?
The single player is actually pretty fun, because you don't have to worry about unbalanced or shallow gameplay. Sadly, as good and entertaining as it is, it's not worth 70 bucks or even 50 on PC - hence why people want to pirate it.
I love how he's asking for £295 plus £1.50 for the p&p. :v:
It was an auction and it sold for £295 And the £1.50 cause he's going to like deliver it himself or some shit.
It's a sports game, I cannot think of ANY major changes besides adding/removing players.
New dynamic physics, improved gameplay, improved visuals. There's a lot of shit to improve in a sports game.
This always happens.
Eh, leaks happen. They're still going to sell 20 million units by December and be rolling in money.
I'm buying MW3 for the pure fact that I didn't buy MW2 and I don't want Battlefield 3 with Origin. Don't rate me dumb because Origin is shit. unless someone can convince me that buying battlefield 3 regardless of how bad origin is is still worth it
I'm buying MW3 for the pure fact that I didn't buy MW2 and I don't want Battlefield 3 with Origin. Don't rate me dumb because Origin is shit.
Origin isn't THAT bad, if you miss out on a good game because of it well you're just stupid.
Why would you even pirate this shit, let alone buy it?
Well since bf3 sp was an utter joke, it all rides on mw3 sp. For me at least.
Why would you even pirate this shit, let alone buy it?
Because its free shit.
You have no idea how fast it is to crack a steamworks game and make it available without even having steam installed.
\ Most of the time, the steamworks version isn't even leaked.
