Here's my point. If the writing aspect doesn't matter, then what if the roles were reversed? What if it's a story about some crazy motherfucker who's going around raping children, but since he's crazy and we're looking through his eyes they're all perceived as middle aged? If it is legal, then what's the point of this ban considering that that kind of product would also fill the demand that the ban is trying to suppress?
