If that video was posted by an account linked with a terrorist group then ad revenue might be used to fund/support terrorist activities. Its a stretch to call it "actively supporting" but you might argue it would theoretically be indirectly supporting terrorism. Its a bit of a long shot to assume the posted video was hosted by a terrorist affiliated group, though you do never know.
