The guy used a car that was very far away from the guy for the measurement. He didn't take into account where on the pavement relative to the corner the guy was standing, he didn't take into account the camera's FOV angle in degrees, he didn't take into account a lot of things. It was a nice try, but not reliable.

The article is from March 31st. It's not even about the bombing. It's talking about how that kid has been missing, and they saw a video on the [B]31st[/B], that could have had him in it.
The point is that the kid looks like the suspect with the white hat. A picture explaining more was posted above my post.
