Because you don't want to eat grease covered shit?
If you don't want grease covered shit, don't get McDonald's or Burger King or Subway then.
are you tellin me i can get BK cinnabon delivered to my doorstep i am never leaving my home
u live in a delivery area?
I don't see the point in Subway when they're much better around. Why do Subways when you might have Primo's Hoagies? Why do Burger King or McDonald's when you could do Five Guys? (I believe those two are East Coast US only.)
Because I've never seen a Primo's and the only Five Guys nearby is 30 minutes away?
Pricing and convenience?
I don't always eat fast food, but when I do I make sure it's really damn tasty fast food.
If you don't want grease covered shit, don't get McDonald's or Burger King or Subway then.
You've been going to the wrong Burger Kings.
If you don't want grease covered shit, don't get McDonald's or Burger King or Subway then.
Dunno what kind of shit subways you have, ones where I live (Australia) are incredibly fresh, well made and not in any way greasy.
Because I've never seen a Primo's and the only Five Guys nearby is 30 minutes away?
I'm sure your local diner has better than Subway, etc.
Well if I wanted BK, I can't say having it delivered would be much lazier. Whether it's in a car or on the couch, I'm just sitting around to get it either way.
Also for me my Burger King is literally across the street so I would just hoof it. :v:

All of its one large bag of opinions, though. You like what you like, even when you shouldn't.
ouch, you cut me with your edge.
that is not an attempt at being edgy its just some uninformed statement
Subways isn't even that good. $5 dollar mediocre foot longs. I would much rather go to a local sub place than eat at Subways.
I really needed to visit this "Local Restaurant" people keep talking about, because everyone I meet says they have the best food in the world.
This is exciting for me. There's only one Burger King within walking distance in Pittsburgh. It's one hell of a walk across a bridge and down East Carson. It's almost not worth it to walk all that way for BK.
I prefer subway over quite a few other sammy places. All of its one large bag of opinions, though. You like what you like, even when you shouldn't.
My experiences with Subway in the past have never been positive. As a rule of thumb, I've found that the larger the chain, the shittier the food. I'd rather have any random corner pizzeria than Pizza Hut, and McDonald's always makes me feel sick afterwards for example.
You've been going to the wrong Burger Kings.
I used to like Burger King, but last time I went, the chicken sandwich tasted like it was made out of newspaper. Wendy's is still divine manna from the heavens, though.
Will admit, most fast food chains have ones that are pretty shite. You probably have a bad subway in town
I used to like Burger King, but last time I went, the chicken sandwich tasted like it was made out of newspaper. Wendy's is still divine manna from the heavens, though.
I have never had a Wendy's get my order right.
Man, your town must have awful service then, because none of those places are that bad around here.
Alright there is one Wendy's that's on Philadelphia's city limits in Wyncote that gets it right for me. I may have been slightly exaggerating when I said that all Wendy's got them wrong. At least one out of all the places I've been to in PA and NJ has gotten it right.
I used to like Burger King, but last time I went, the chicken sandwich tasted like it was made out of newspaper. Wendy's is still divine manna from the heavens, though.
Burger Kings tend to change in food quality based on their manager, and sometimes whether or not you go inside. We've got like three in various parts of the city, and each one has started off great and then either gotten our order wrong repeatedly or just gave us bad food. Wendy's food gives me diarrhea every single time I eat there, even at different places.
Oh, and I break the "large chains generally are bad" rule for Dunkin' Donuts, which are always great in my experience. The one that I visit on the way to school has staff that knows me by order. It's nice to be able to say "The usual," and get exactly what you want.

Dairy Queens are pretty good, too.

I've never heard of Primo's, and the closest Five Guys is almost an hour drive. Why bother when I can pretty much walk to the chains? They're all nutritionally awful for you, and if you've never eaten at a local place, you won't even taste the difference.
I don't see a problem with this for a number of reasons. 1. I get to save gas. 2. BK is pretty damn good. 3. Since when is driving vs. not driving a huge loss in exercise?
Hasn't this been around forever? I remember about a year ago we'd order this during the break time in our DnD games.

Also I used Primo's and Five Guys only as an example. I'm sure you guys can play fill in the blanks with your preferred local joints. My understanding is that West Coast Five Guys is Carl's Jr., for example.

I'm pretty sure they're actually the same restaurant but they merged and just kept their names.
But Five Guys is way over priced and not worth it.

If you're looking to lose weight, don't eat it at all. My cheat day is coming up though. This thread is making me hungry for some Wendy's.
