I'm really sorry for you if that's the case.
Also I used Primo's and Five Guys only as an example. I'm sure you guys can play fill in the blanks with your preferred local joints. My understanding is that West Coast Five Guys is Carl's Jr., for example.
No, that's wrong.
That would be In-N-Out Burger.
East Coast Carl's Jr. is Hardee's. Literally, they're owned by the same company. I'm pretty sure they're actually the same restaurant but they merged and just kept their names.
Damn, I've been itching to try Carl's Jr., everyone tells me they're the best. Some reviews I've read has put them above Five Guys. The closest one is in Delaware, though. :v:
No, that's wrong.

And In-N-Out is way better, and much cheaper.

Carl's Jr. is Burger King/McDonalds tier.
People told me for years In-N-Out made awesome burgers, way better than the chains. Got to try one last year when I went out to Arizona. It tasted like a greasy fast food burger.
Not saying there aren't great local places, but chains are fine most of the time.
No, that's wrong.

You're out of your mind if you put In-N-Out on the same level as Carl's Jr.
Exercise won't save you from even the healthiest fast food meals. Walking a few miles to get there might burn half a salad. If you're looking to lose weight, don't eat it at all.

Oh you can have fast food all you want so long as it never exceeds your caloric goals. If a meal at Burger King is worth 750 calories in total and you need to eat 1700 to lose weight, then you're probably in the clear for the day after a small breakfast and dinner. (The sodium and sugar and all that is a different story though.) If you're doing something crazy like Super Size Me and eat like 4000 calories a day then no shit you will gain weight.
the burgers are pretty good for you as long as you dont eat the bun
this really
if im gonna drive 2 hours for some shitty burgers, they'd better at least be cheap
hell, i could easily scrounge up shit around the house and make 3 burgers that are comparable
Locally they beat the shit out of all the other major chains and most other local places with a few notable exceptions. For my money it's one of the tastiest burgers I could buy.
not pricewise it isnt
Which is why it's so mediocre.
If you're going to pay that much for burgers might as well go to In-N-Out Burger/Five Guys/Whatever the fuck burger.
I noticed nobody's mentioned Red Robin. Is Red Robin bad or something? The closest one to here is like stupidly far away so I've never been, but some of the commercials they have show off some really good sounding burgers.

"Whatever The Fuck Burger," serving whatever since 1969, man.

That's more of a restaurant chain more than it is a fast food chain.
They serve decent enough food I guess.

They're not bad but for me, like you said, they're stupidly far away and if I'm going to be going up that way there's like a dozen better restaurants in the same shopping center.

red robin is more of an actual restaurant, not fast food
Oh. I've only ever seen them advertise burgers. Although I guess the places they show in the commercials are set up kinda like Steak & Shake, so.
All this talk about fast food makes me glad I live in a town with quality restaurants of all kinds are on every street and a culinary education to appreciate it.
We got a steak-n-shake recently though. Good stuff if you need a really fast meal.
i just eat vegetarian indian food
I only eat my healthy whole grain vegetarian all-natural organic foods I buy at Trader Joes, thank you very much.
the vegan curry from there is so good
I enjoy their Chile Spiced Mangos.

I treat fast food like a meaty dessert. Have it rarely and order the best thing on the menu when I do.
I deliver for jimmy john's and tbh, its probably the only food i would want to have delivered. except maybe a pizza if it gets there soon enough.
I tried this about 2 weeks ago, as its been available for a while in New York. The delivery took roughly half an hour and was still piping hot when it got to me. Pretty much everything is more expensive via delivery. The 99 cent menu doesn't apply to delivery and a Whopper Jr. was almost $3 as opposed to it being $1.29 if you pick it up. There also is a $2 delivery charge and a minimum order of $10.
Even with the pricing and such, its still pretty convenient.
When I was in Bahrain, McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Chilli's etc. every fastfood you could imagine had a 24/7 delivery service. Then again Bahrain is small as shit.
[t] http://s7.postimg.org/65swx4dsb/Untitled.png[/t]
This is true in Panama City as well. All fast food chains have 24/7 delivery (except for Taco Bell but for obvious reasons). Even particular restaurants have delivery services too. The reason is because traffic is really bad in the city and it's usually faster to order it than to go to a restaurant.
If KFC would deliver then all I would ever eat would be KFC.
They do (at least in Winnipeg).
I wonder how far they'll deliver, the only reason we don't get it much is the closest one is still too far away and with gas prices as they are, to get any char-broiled goodness, the trip to get there almost costs as much as meals for the 4 people that live in this house.
Stopped eating fast food long ago, so this doesn't excite me. It would have a year or two ago when I was still going to BK like once/twice a week fairly often.
Idk if this is lower than delivering pizza or not, but it still is a sucky ass job for whoever does it.
It'd be cool if Subway delivered. They technically are fast food, but without all the shit essentially.
Subway does deliveries here (in the UK), its extremely limited but it does exist.
but phones are so hard to use, make it work with my Xbox Durango Entertainment Center (tm)
