Major Media Owning SOPA/PIPA Supporters Whine That They Had No Way To Have Their Message Heard

Piracy shouldn't be restricted by law. It should be a game where the companies and pirates try to develop the best piracy/counterpiracy measures.
"You've got an opponent who has the capacity to reach millions of people with a click of a mouse and there's no fact-checker. They can say whatever they want."
And by fact-checker, they mean a FAIR and BALANCED filter to prevent HIDEOUS TERRORIST LIES from infecting the minds of the UNWASHED MASSES.
Meanwhile, at the RIAA headquarters..
"Herr kommandant supreme overlord dictator-for-life Sherman! We have a problem! The TERRORISTS are out there right now on the internet! They demand we remove our FAIR AND BALANCED censorship bill!"
"What's that!? This is TERRIBLE!"
"Let's appeal to their sense of goodwill and show that we're really not that bad!"
"That's enough of that, TERRORIST SPY. Throw this man to the lions! Quickly, make a public statement insulting everyone who opposes our FAIR AND BALANCED bill! Then NOBODY will oppose us!"

Permission isn't a moral argument if it isn't respected.
Your analogy makes no sense whatsoever, as you don't own the air.
Those requirements may have been asinine and something I'd be incapable of or unwilling to fulfill normally. Piracy actively prevents such deadweight issues.
There's no moral argument against piracy when:
You're saying that taking someone's property without his permission or going through the ways that he made it available through is perfectly fine, and should not be punished? K.
Boo-hoo.
And not a single fuck was given.
What a whiny cunt! He is the fucking media.

But you're not taking someone's property, you're taking a copy of it.
