Don't worry about vegans, they will eventually die off. By waiting generations as they force their food onto their children each generation will become weaker and frailer than the last. Eventually they will end up simply dying out.

While it's stupid, it isn't outrageous or wrong in any way. He has a right to run the place as he pleases and the customers have a right to eat somewhere else.

Which is a right the customers will exercise, and he will suffer decreased sales. He might be okay with this. But really, that was an absolutely terrible business move.
