Don't take me for an idiot, I know what citations are BurnemDown. I'm still saying that the majority of their claims have no independent finding, so it becomes a case of their word over Goldstone's word. That's why I don't want to take their word for it. Why should I when it's proven they have lied so much in the past?
This is what I'm talking about from breaking the silence.

Well actually I didn't understand what's that weird P thing but after a few minutes I got it so I thought maybe you didn't understand either :P.
Well let's take one example, where they said that the Goldstone commission refused to accept Israeli photographic evidence, except when they could be used against Israel. How could they prove that it happened? I don't find that too hard to believe, it sounds absurd that they will lie about all those things. Also, Goldstone in his response to the criticism only commented about the claimed biasness. I'm sure that if any of the things like disregarding photographic evidence were not true, he would address them as well and claim they are lies.

Well that's the thing about soldier's testimonies, or eye-witness testimonies in general, they can only testify on their position, from their view, they don't know the bigger picture most of the time. For example I think it's in the second video, the soldier says that the minaret was hit by some sort of a weapon, this reminds me of what's written here: http://www.breakingthesilence.org.il/oferet/testimonies_e.asp?cat=3
Actually reading it again I'm sure that it's the same guy. Anyway, he says that as far as he knows no fire was coming from the minaret (though he probably would have known had there been fire from it), and that he thought there was no need to bomb it, but he can't know for sure.
Basically what I'm saying is that their testimonies aren't enough for these sort of things. If there was something like them getting an order to execute captured Hamas members or women and children, then their testimony would matter, and quite a lot, since they would have been directly involved in the issue.
Out of all the videos there's only one thing that I really have nothing to say, and that's about the guy who said that they would destroy walls in order to avoid booby-traps, and then civilians would go in first.
