Several days after that the mayor decided that school will be cancled until further notice. A mere day after he cancled school, a rocket hit a classrom in beer sheba without the alarm even going off. Sometimes the alarm doesnt go off or people go to an open ground and can't make it to the bomb shelter (you've got 15 seconds to get to one if you're in sderot). And not only do they fire rockets, they also fire mortar rounds and, you know, when was the last time THOSE hurt anyone?
