There goes the sensationalism again. The bill is about abortion. I understand the idea behind the bill, so that 14 year old girls can't fuck a 20 year old man willingly, call it rape when her parents find out shes pregnant, and go waste government funds to go get an abortion (which can cost up to thousands of dollars). But this bill is going about it completely wrong and needs to be significantly rewritten before I'd ever agree with it, because it really hurts and offends a lot of the real rape victims.
