How to fix America:
Bring back all military forces from every single military base around the world. This allows the to be much much closer to family and since they won't be fighting, they won't experience such bad shit that will make the suicidal. This will also cut military spending TREMENDOUSLY.

Damn I wish that my fucking military would take better care of the troops, this is just some really sad shit. Fuck you Government and Military get your asses in gear and take care of the troops. For the people back at home do not expect an average person when a troop comes back home. Understand that fighting in the military zones are a hell unto themselves, and to get back without problems is a miracle.

You've not idea how many of the accounted "suicides" in the Russian army are actually soldiers bullied and killed by their peers. Mainly because it's easier to get away with "Something's very depressing in our army" than with "Our army is extremely corrupt and not humanely disciplined"
