Palestinians create a third 'intifada' page on Facebook, Facebook responds by deleting it
Well, there isn't going to be peace either. Both governments, both Palestinian and ours, are led by morons.
And the citizens of both populations pretty much hate each other because of what the other has done.
And that graph there is quite obvious because it was us who started the war against the Palestinians and it was pretty much we who attacked them. Shit, we just keep bombing each other for no real reason.
It's a shame about that guy who got shot by those stairs, I forget his name. Might have been rabin. He came the closest to peace deals.

oh no the palestinians are launching bottle rockets at us whatever will we do [img_thumb]http://i.somethingawful.com/forumsystem/emoticons/emot-qq.gif[/img_thumb]
brb launching rockets at your home.
Also, the reason for the low amount of Israeli casualties is the great efficiency of the Israeli secret services, and the Israeli checkpoint system. My sister, during her service at the military checkpoints, stopped with the other soldiers nearly 2 Palestinians per day on average who were armed with weapons on their way to a settlement or into Israeli "recognized" territory.

Was just about to say that. Hell, we have some pretty good protection here.
Still doesn't do shit against missiles, though.

A swing and a miss. Try Matthew 5:38.
I am pretty sure the nationality of the heads are irrelevant.
They're still severed heads.
of course it's relevant. it means they'll want people to either see what israel is doing to them or what they're going to do with israel

It's captain price.
Amazing double standards there.
Making a Facebook page to organize a mass protest in any Middle Eastern nation is fine. But when people decide to make one about Israel, due to their disregard of human rights and intenational law, Israel and many other Jewish organizations demand it's removal, to which Facebook complies to.
Wow.
Making a Facebook page to organize a peaceful protest is fine. However, when this promotes the use of violence, Facebook has to remove it. This is even stated in their terms of service.
You guys do realize that if the arabs never tried to commit genocide against the Israelis in the first place none of this would have happened.
IF the arabs simply allowed the jews to live in peace, but no, they just had to try and force them out.
And since Israel won, they created a monster.
First of all, I don't think you're some champion of Facebook being well run and in capable hands.
Ironic that you're an Israeli apologist, and you defend this.
And I'm curious, how the hell did they even make a threat? to whom?
Are you an Arab apologist? Many of the nations around Israel have said they would like to see Israel wiped off the map. This is hardly a one-way battle.
Zuckerberg is a Jew, its hardly surprising.

What? That a lot of Jews are Zionist and biased towards Israel and lobby US politicians to fund billions into their defence? I think its rather realistic.
Tasty tasty racism.

If it wasn't for the effectiveness of the IDF and secret services, I bet there would be more deaths in Israel like there used to be (remember all the bus bombs?). These people live in a land surrounded by enemies who don't understand reason. You can't exactly expect them to play nice without a little cooperation.
BTW, I don't have a stake in this either way, I'm a french canadian atheist from Ontario. I'm just calling it as I see it.
I can't be the only one who glanced over the thread title and saw "Palestinians create third enchilada page on Facebook, Facebook responds be deleting it"

Your sister is the most reliant source. Ever.

You know it comes from part of old testament/torah law, right? Just because some villain quoted it doesn't mean it originated with him.

And why not? Experience from one's perspective is a pretty big deal.

Captain Price isn't a villain
The LocalFlavor and Guardian-Angle pretty much said what I was going to say. The nationalities are extremely relevant as it displays what Israel has done to the Palestinians.
The difference is that Palestine is a different nation than Israel.
An uprising in Egypt means people attacking their own government. Government forces and police have all volunteered for such duty and have chosen to remain in service during the uprising. They are there through choice.
An uprising against Israel means a lot of dead Israeli and Palestinian civilians who want nothing to do with the conflict.
Two separate nations vs Rebellion. Basically they were trying to declare war via Facebook.
Even though i think the group was fucked up i still don't think you should remove it, sure it had some fucked up pictures. But criticism is important as fuck.
Hell is that even a Palestinian head? Is it chopped off or buried?

Calling for criticism and calling for an uprising are two entirely different things.
If such a group was made in any nation in Europe or North America (re: one that might actually effect Facepunchers) then I think we'd be pretty unanimous in how wrong it is. Instead, since it's thousands of miles away, it's fine if it exists and if you live in Israel you lose your credibility.
Is that a severed head in the picture? wtf
Severed head of a child. :ohdear:

Inciting peaceful protests and inciting violence are two totally different things.
Both Israelis and Palestinians are guilty of a lot of bullshit, but I will always side with the group that doesn't use SUICIDE BOMBING to try to get its way.

I don't understand why suicide bombing is any different than firing a guided missile, aside from the obvious factor of the carriers life. Soldiers are sent to die all the time.
Suicide bombing a cafe isn't included of course, but if that were to be destroyed by a guided missile, it would be just as evil.
Generally speaking, the majority of Israeli attacks are done in response to a Palestinian threat. From what I read the Israelis aren't usually the instigators, but are just very good at responding to threats with lethal force.
Palestinians also frequently shoot rockets into Israel from the middle of civilian areas (sometimes even from hospitals) with the hope that when Israeli forces shoot back they will kill innocent civilians in the crossfire so that they can have martyrs on their side.
EDIT: I am probably biased since Palestinian protesters in the United States are assholes.
Thats true, though.
Back in 09 Hamas wer using schools, mosques, and hospitals as mortar sites.
