So how exactly is he getting away with this? I'm sure if you tried this here, you'd be evicted and sued for damages. You can't pull the "this is an embassy and I won't leave" bullshit either, the cops will come and [I]make[/I] you leave. Then you can sit in a jail cell and pretend that's your embassy.

and depending on what state and whose house it is some dude will just shoot you and be done with it
America does have it's issues but I'd rather have people who are super mean about personal property and harsh laws against tresspassers than this.

Pretty sure you need more than to just declare somewhere an embassy for it to actually be one.

I think even in the states eviction starts out as a purely civil matter, no police involvement. You need to get a judge to sign off on having the cops come in and force them out if you sue, win, and they still refuse to cooperate.
