I don't think Zimmerman should have been following the kid, but he did call the police and I guarantee you he didn't throw the first punch, or any punch for that matter, the only injuries on Treyvon were skinned knuckles from hitting Zimmerman and his bullet wound I'm certain it wasn't second degree murder, or even manslaughter, but who knows what the jury is going to decide. 5/6 have children and are probably going to be thinking Oh he murdered a child, what if it was my child. The only thing in Zimmerman's favor is the evidence, which should be enough you would think, but there's just too much against him everywhere else. It's 50-50[/QUOTE] yeah it's pretty unfair how the prosecution was throwing out assumptions about Zimmerman's character (and someone's character is made up by their past/actions), and the defense wasn't allowed to bring out Trayvon's records
