ATTN idiots: you're supposed to get sick. it's how it works. it's a weak version of the illness that triggers an immune response which kills the flu virus to acquire its information. if you didn't get sick from the flu vaccine then you have a compromised immune system. (or you are so tough that you didn't even notice that you had a fever.)

I didn't get it last time. I bet it sucks, but when it was around I kept complaining about the sensationalism over it. When it was around last time, the first I'd heard of it was when someone told me about it. I misheard him and heard 'spine flu' instead. That sounded way more threatening.

Had it last time and it ended up lasting me just about a month. It was awful.

I got it last time, just took it easy and had some chicken soup. Went away after a few days.
