To be honest claiming that there is no legal reason why they can't tax them does not imply that there is also a legal reason why they should tax them. It just mentions that there's no specific legal issues which are unusual if they did want t odo that.

I swear Biden is getting dumber by the minute. Thing is, ending up with video game taxes/censorship seems like a good possibility with me since both Biden and the religious gun nuts seem to think that video games play a role in mass shootings.

I've been playing shooting games since I was like 7 and I don't even think about going out and shooting innocent people.
