That's odd, I thought this was standard among all DMVs.
Huh. Guess I should pay more attention to these things. IIRC you're NJ too right?
Right in the middle of Cumberland County. Yourself?
Right in the middle of Cumberland County. Yourself?
Mercer and/or Monmouth depending on the time of year. School vs. Work really.
Im going to refuse to take another photo for my id. The current one I have I took while I was high as hell and grinning ear to ear. [editline]22nd September 2012[/editline] This took place in january? I got my picture taken in march.
Nobody smiles in New Jersey anyways.
She tells The Philadelphia Daily News she was so mad about being told not to smile when she went to get her license this week that she stormed out of the Cherry Hill Motor Vehicle Commission office.
OH NO I CAN'T SMILE MY RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED I MUST NOT GET A LICENSE WITH THIS BLASPHEMOUS RULE IN PLACE!!!!
Since "New Jersey" and "DMV" were mentioned, I'm obligated to post this
I always hear about Americans complaining about the DMV, do you actually have to go there for them to take your photo? In Britain we have the DVLA but we never actually go there, we just send our photo by post and 2 weeks later we get our licence, but we can still drive in those 2 weeks so it's really not a hassle
Belgium allows you to have a small smile but no big awkward grins. But when I had to get my picture done for my ID card, the photographer was a shitbag. "Smile less. Less. Less." And I had a terrible hair day to boot, which means I look like a deranged serial rapist on my ID. Sigh.
Georgia allowed me to smile during my picture. I'd rather smile than have a mugshot.
Back when I got mine taken the lady kept telling me to smile more. Was rather annoying really.
I heard that moustaches really fuck up their face recognition.
It's been like this for a while
That's how it is in the great state of Indiana. Everyone's IDs look so goddamn depressing.
I hate Indiana so fucking much
Why would they smile? They're in a New Jersey DMV
they're so cut up from surgery and make up that their faces are permasmiles. I look like I'm doing my best Myra Hindley impersonation on my license.
