They must of thought gay people were congregating on the beach.

Wow that hovercraft looks evil as fuck.
Fucking Russians do this shit all the time. There are plenty of videos like this out there, like the tank jumping onto the highway and speeding across, and all the tanks casually rolling down the beach.
I wonder if that is the same beach.
And to think people around here get pissed off when the V-22s fly low enough to the ground that you can read the numbers on them. [editline]22nd August 2013[/editline]
Most of this shit happens because Russians decide to party on beaches located in military zones or drive on military highways because they're less busy.
Russia: Bro enough to let people do what-the-fuck ever in military territory.
Russians seem to be pretty difficult to impress, I remember a video of that one meteor crashing through the atmosphere, lighting up the surrounding area while some guy just driving casually towards it and simply puts down the sunblock.
I always thought this sort of thing would be done by a typical Battlefield 3 player in video games
It's less of a military state and more of a "nobody gives a fuck state." Have you seen those videos with that meteor? It looks like a bomb is going off and no one gives a shit and just keeps on what their doing.
It's strange how they give so little fucks about this kind of thing, and yet give so many fucks about homosexual and transgender people.

They showed a clip of a truck full of cows tipping over, dumping the cows all over the road, and they just got right back up and stood there like "What?".

Also that thing must be loud as fuck.

General census is that it's a fake reaction video, regardless it's still funny and i don't doubt for a second that someone did have this reaction.

The thing is, the land is still under the direct control of the military to the extent that they can influence local councils or sometimes even completely replace them. It¨s a situation that¨s relatively common in a lot of post commie countries. The fact that people sometimes don¨t expect this to be the case is their problém. If you look at those videos, it¨s not a lot of people are terribly surprised by what they are seeing, which makes me think it¨s fairly normal in these places. There should be a TV channel/Internet site dedicated to the crazy yet everyday shit that goes on in Russia. Sure as hell would be more interesting than the 5 millionth person falling down video on (insert country here) Funniest Home Videos.

What is it with Russia and conducting military exercises right next to the normal populace.

i believe the official unofficial statement from the military was "we spotted a gay pride flag" on a side note, that is one big fucking hovercraft
Now the dashcam ban makes sense to me. They are doing live drills all over the country and basically using people as obstacles in a training course. They probably don't want the details of those drills public, hence banning dashcams.

And they weren't pushing it through because again, it was just one guy rambling on about nothing.
Wait did they just give the keys to drivers and say "Have fun!" or something?
Looks like another episode of TwistedNederland.
