there's 550 cats in a house and nobody has taken a picture of it yet? what a disappointment

Yeah this is pretty much israel. Cats in israel are the absolute worst I have ever experienced.

I cannot comprehend how she can feed them all. Imagine filling up 550 cat bowls for food and/or water, unless she lets them loose to find their own.

I have 2 cats and sometimes you just want to kill them with fire. But in most situations I appreciate when a feline friend comes and blocks your screen with its body just because they're little attention whores :v: Well, better not to block my vision when i'm gaming or else!

As I'm reading this my cat hopped up into my lap and started purring.

I don't think 550 cats could fit in a room let alone 2 and how'd did she manage to get so many? I'd say this news is busted.

Surely that's not just lunacy, but also animal abuse? From what little info in the article there is, it seems obvious there's barely enough room for the cats, much less the former couple.

When I saw the headline I thought this was impossible, but then I saw Israel in the first sentence and it all made sense. I went there a couple of years ago and they have got so many stray cats it's unbelievable. Whenever someone asks me what Israel is like the first thing I tell them is that there are lots of stray cats, that's how many there are.

I don't understand how some people can't handle two cats in this thread, really. I have had around 4 in a house and it doesn't smell nor do you need a shit ton of food.

I have 4 cats and they all shit in the litter box, but when the do take a shit if fucking smells AWFUL. I take that shit out right away and throw it outside.

My question is where does one aquire such a number of cats in isreal? I mean it sounds like a daunting task in itself to actually get that many. Forget about taking care of them.
