chrome runs very fast for me because my computer isn't trash "___ browser is shit because my pc can't handle the pretty" isn't an argument
You shouldn't need a high-end computer just to run a browser adequately. There's no real denying that Chrome has become extremely bloated and heavy on memory and battery.
I'm a long time Opera user, way back like ten years. Vivaldi is made by former Opera developers who intend to make the spiritual successor to Opera, since the current Opera is just a variation of Chrome for the most part. So I'm interested but haven't tried it yet because it was so underdeveloped. I think I might try it now.

I actually don't have a lot of problems with Vanilla chrome. Layering extensions is what gets it to crawl sometimes. - at least in my use. And yeah, my mom multi-tasks like a genius, so she'll end up with lots of tabs.
