Hassan had been given divorce papers just a week before his wife's body was found.
Before they were dismissed, his lawyers denied Hassan's cultural background had played a role in the killing.

There are literally hundreds of thousands of men that either serve or receive divorce papers every year, and you don't see them cutting off their significant others head.
Why? Because they're not fucking babies about it. Murderous babies at that.
