And here we are, It's obvious both companies have done something wrong.
By the way, every other company is paying Nokia (and some other company) for those original patents (they are standard now) so when the iPhone came out negotiations began between Nokia and Apple which took three years. We don't know yet if Nokia was asking for an unreasonable price or not, or if Apple simply wanted to get the technology free.

If you want a device that really does have absolutely everything in it, get a Nokia N900. Although it doesn't have MMS yet (it's coming in an update some time now, or you can get the community app), which is just hilarious and ironic.

That is the dumbest list I have seen. Most of it isn't even true? The battery in an iPhone lasts more than one day. Yes it charges via USB. Most of it is opinionated, like saying it cracks easy which I have not found to be true at all. Posting this is almost as retarded as an Apple fanboy.

It's not just durability but serviceability. If my iPod's battery shits out for good, I have to mail it in to get a new one installed, and the battery replacement costs more than what this damn thing's worth. I would much rather be able to go out, buy a new battery for like $30-50, go home and put the dumb thing in myself. Hell, I'd be willing to pay however much just for the tools to get this damn thing open so I can do just that.
