Stem Cell Dental Implants grow New Teeth Right in your Mouth

This is awesome, I know a few people who could benefit from this.
Ah, the future seems to get brighter every day.
All my teeth are in good shape, except for one fucker in the back of the mouth which is quite devastated to say the least (I'm not even sure you can call it a tooth anymore), so I could use this.
Sadly removing the current one would hurt like hell, stem cells or not.
Also stem cell research is awesome.
If you made the stem cells from embryos, would they make baby teeth?
Stem cell research isn't against God's will, but abortion is.
Fuck yeah. Now I don't have to worry about my teeth being fucked up from the horridly lack of fluoride in Arizona's water.
Atleast be thankful you're not being exposed to Communist, fluoride water!

Hell yeah! Now to go eat like a million pixi stix.

oh shit 6,500 post.
EVEN MORE OF A REASON TO EAT PIXI STIX
Fuckin' stem cells, how do they work?
No seriously, these things are way more like magic than magnets are. Why didn't ICP sing about them?
True. Next we'll find out is that with stem cells, we can make super man a reality (including breaking the laws of physics)

des vult
My dad could benifit from this :buddy:
Aw man growing new teeth! Just like the old days!
I want two mouths.
I hope this gets funded soon, I want to get rid of these fillings. :downs:
I wonder what would happen if :science: someday manages to artificially produce stem cells.
:psyboom:
So first we heard about the scientist who coded the genome for the cell, and turned it into his own, now we find evidence that regeneration is possible with stem cells. If you added the two together...

Helllooooo biochemically engineered weapons and pseudo-organic battlefield instant healing devices, and a fuckton of supersoilders.
Waiting for immortality and cure for diseases still.
Hockey players around the world are rejoicing.

Done that already.
Ectopic expression of defined sets of genetic factors can reprogram somatic cells to induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells that closely resemble embryonic stem (ES) cells. The low efficiency with which iPS cells are derived hinders studies on the molecular mechanism of reprogramming, and integration of viral transgenes, in particular the oncogenes c-Myc and Klf4, may handicap this method for human therapeutic applications. Here we report that valproic acid (VPA), a histone deacetylase inhibitor, enables reprogramming of primary human fibroblasts with only two factors, Oct4 and Sox2, without the need for the oncogenes c-Myc or Klf4.
This basically means we can do it chemically in humans cells, without the usage of risky oncogenes (cancer genes). By combining VPA with the two protiens Oct4 and Sox2

I dunno if it was told or not, but religion is only against fetus stem cells, not stem cells extracted by other means.
Tho fetus cells are the most effective ones.
Stem cells are awesome.
Stem cells cured my Uncle from cancer.
(No really, I'm serious)
This is cool
Imagine, old people do not need false theeth anymore, this is so fucking awesome!
Science!
(What good things has religion done?)
All these talk about stem cells, really makes me wonder, how long does it take for me to be able to see it in my local hospital? Does it really take that long for it to be widespread?

Where do you live and how rich are you.
Why aren't we funding this?
I want another penis and a another pair of balls.
Wait until there's a news bulletin that goes "Stem cells can increase penis size safely" and everyone will be like "FUCK YEAH STEM CELL RESEARCH YEAH".
This needs more funding.
But it's against gods will! :downs:
Nothing says stem cell research is against God's will, other than pseudo-Christians who barely know what religion is anyway.
