Libya has nukes.
Libya has nukes.
They don't.
Yeah they do
THIS IS A BAD IDEA. We should just stay the fuck away from Lybia.
We as in a specific country or the U.N. as a whole? Also: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_states_with_nuclear_weapons I do not believe that Libya possesses nuclear weapons.
Yeah they do
Source on this.
Yeah they do
If you mean nukes as in mustard gas then yes they have mustard gas.
Libya had a nuclear weapons programme but is not believed to have ever produced a working bomb, and they scrapped the programme in 2003, as confirmed by inspectors
If you nukes as in mustard gas then yes they have mustard gas.
They (Gaddafi) are in possession of Chemical and Biological Weapons, as well as mustard gas.
They (Gaddafi) are in possession of Chemical and Biological Weapons, as well as mustard gas.
I still don't see any sources on this. And rating me dumb isn't going to help defend your argument sampipcasper.
I did post a thread on the chem/biological weapons, check it out.
That's all fine and dandy, but I'm not seeing anything on nukes.
They have nukes.
They have nukes.
Prove it.
So does Estonia. Where's your proof, Collin665?
Wikileaks, I have to find it though, but it was announced before
i have a nuke in my pants
Well, they've been fighting and killing for a while, and this isn't the first time a large group of the Libyan military has joined the rebels.
Legally invading then.
The IAEA authorized the destruction and dismantling of Libya's Nuclear Program in 2004/2005. That being said, Gaddafi obviously stashed some mustard gas and chem/bio weapons away, but I am fairly certain that the nuclear weaponry was dismantled with the IAEA being present.
Wikileaks, I have to find it though, but it was announced before
hahahahaha
Wikileaks, I have to find it though, but it was announced before
I am waiting with massive anticipation.
Libyan government just announced another ceasefire, a "peaceful march" from Tripoli to Benghazi and what seemed to be willingness to negotiate with the National Transitional Council [editline]20th March 2011[/editline] The Libyan army claims it will enact a ceasefire across Libya 6 minutes from now. I don't see why they'd do another fake ceasefire, it wouldn't achieve even a short break in coalition activity.
Oh hey, did he actually do it. Its been 3 hours :v:
so many winner ratings for op from heroic cod kids i suppose?
what's with the sudden influx of dipshits that don't realize there's actually a half-war going on
Wikileaks, I have to find it though, but it was announced before
Continuing to rate me dumb on a perfectly valid request is going to do nothing but further reduce your statement's value. Seriously get me a source or lose your credibility.
what's with the sudden influx of dipshits that don't realize there's actually a half-war going on
it's a civil war. also, the only reason to worry about nuclear/chemical/bio weapons would be if he went up an insane notch and used them on his own people - worryingly I would not be surprised if he did...
it's a civil war. also, the only reason to worry about nuclear/chemical/bio weapons would be if he went up an insane notch and used them on his own people - worryingly I would not be surprised if he did...
He has next to no way to. His supply lines are stretched, his airforce and defenses are crippled, and his army is being targeted by the coalition forces. He doesn't have many options.
BBC and Sky are reporting (via AFP) that a building inside of Gaddafi's compound has been destroyed. 2249: An administrative building inside Col Gaddafi's compound at Bab al-Aziziya in Tripoli has been "completely destroyed" by a missile, an AFP journalist reports.
Probably a stupid question but why hasn't anyone just bombed the shit out of the whole compound? If it's because there are civilians in there I can understand but I didn't think there were any
So America Bitches (Canada and Australia) havent gone in after America? Yet anyways...
87 boxes, is it like a fucking record?
Probably a stupid question but why hasn't anyone just bombed the shit out of the whole compound? If it's because there are civilians in there I can understand but I didn't think there were any
They are (at the moment) keeping up the line of "we are not going after Gaddafi" so they are not bombing him directly. Also the Libyan government seem to be using the media as human shields, they keep getting them to go to his compound and wait for hours and hours for press conferences that don't come.
Wait, what? Who's not going after Gaddafi? How the fuck do you liberate the people from someone who will never give up his power without killing him? Politics can be so fucking backwards sometimes, I swear
