Why the fuck would someone beat a person for not tucking their shirt in? What sane person could possibly justify themselves in beating someone for something so trivial?
their justification is that they are a cop

the kid in the story is retarded, as is anyone with bad grades
Retarded is a slang word for stupid. The real definition is someone with mental retardation.
Anyone using retard in a serious context is talking about mental retardation.
Heads will roll

so he is literally mentally retarded
But he isn't.
But he isn't.
but he is
Cop is racist maybe?
but he is
You can do that all day.
:iia:
Can you always trust what the kid says?
Of course that is not an excuse to beat someone down, but judging by his movements he may have said something else.
Who in their right mind would tackle someone like that because of a "no"
A cop certainly wouldn't so something must have provoked it
If a simple "no" did, than yeah, he does deserve his punishment to the max

A learning disability doesn't impair ones judgment to piss another person off.
Dude, I agree with this statement 100%. It most likely was this kids fault.
You're all just mad because the kid's name was pitt
I get the impression the kid probably gave the cop some backchat or some abuse, but it still doesn't give the cop the right to attack him like that. Especially from behind where the kid can't even defend himself.
Breaking news: Army officer kills recruit as sock was not 5 CM above his shoe
This cop is a absolute dick.
You can do that all day.
but it is hindering his education!!!!!

CITIZEN TUCK IN THAT SHIRT
meh, both of them acted like idiots.
i'm not on ether side here.
It's unfortunate that the kid is going to grow up with a personal dislike for the police.
I agree.
What that police man did to that kid was highly uncalled for. He should go to jail for that, not to mention lose his job.
Retard shouldn't have been in the way of the cop's fists tbh
Jail him for life
Suck a cock, you sadistic asswagon.
</flame>
what the hell is that cop doing
Can this pig be put in a jail cell with someone he arrested?
He looks like a ghetto gangster who would casually cause trouble.
Special ed as in mentally challenged or as in doesn't learn well?
He had it coming.
He had it coming.
yeah man he totally deserved to be beat into a coma fucker didn't tuck his shirt in
you're an idiot
I feel sorry for the kid. Having a learning disablity can't be easy, it screws up your perception of world and the people in it. Even if he said something worthy of such an attack (and to be honest, nothing is), the fact that he's likely to see social interaction in a much different light needs to be taken into account as well.
Why couldn't he have the Of Mice and Men disability and snapped the cop's neck?
if this kid were white, people would be more sympathetic

Unless you make a threat of violence towards a police officer, property, other people, or yourself, or you give probable cause that you may be concealing a dangerous weapon, there's virtually nothing you can say to a police officer that would warrant a beating.
no, actually race has nothing to do with it.

On Facepunch? Race always has something to do with it.
