If they didn't want to then a percentage of the total cost (Not the entire thing) could be added as a debt to their name, payed interest free over X years after they are earning Y per year - much like student loans are.

If prisons were 40% self sufficient the USA might not be in such a big debt crisis. It's not really fair on the good honest working taxpayer that they have to pay for the upkeep of scumbags. I see no problem in her winning the suit against the officer, but to demand citizenship is asking far too much. US Citizenship isn't a human right and trying to enter the country illegally shouldn't be means to gain it.

Did we save the thousands, maybe millions of americans who died at Pearl Harbor? No. We had prior warning and we just let them hit us, just so we could join the war, and do terribly at it aswell. In my opinion, This country is fucking stupid as-hell, And we deserve the debit, and many other things.

We did however liberate a lot of concentration camp prisoners, along with the rest of the Allied Forces.
