A crime is a crime regardless if the victim is an illegal immigrant or not, so excluding them from the judicial system would be wrong on so many levels.

It would allow her to work for three years, renew for another three, then become a citizen. It isn't like she's demanding to be fast-tracked to citizenship, something the OP conveniently left out of his quote.
