I just use my server to download "stuff" then i "stream" if it's a certain format
And guess what.. I'm on TalkTalk but I don't heavily download anything besides steam games which are legal
Well, they really can't just sit on their thumbs, "Well it's illegal but meh, zeitgeist" (DISCLAIMER: Oh yeah, piracy is illegal, by doing it you are not some internet superheroes who are saving the world from evil big corporations. "But piracy isn't stealing, it's like duplicating shit and that's good right"-guys can go fuck themselves for not realizing how the business world works.)

Mandelson always spouts shit like this. It's best just to ignore him.
Apparently this won't come in for 'a year and a half at least' (which means it will probably never happen)
Mr Mandelson has now confirmed that the government will introduce legislation to allow this to happen by the summer of 2011.
Wait.. unless i very badly misunderstood, was that talktalk rejecting this idea?!
Lord Mandlecunt should hang himself. An MP recently admitted that none of them really have a clue about how any of this stuff actually works. Also, the only real evidence they'll have against you is an IP address, which is pretty shit evidence to prove that any one person did it, hell, it's bad evidence to prove that ANYONE did ANYTHING. [editline]06:10PM[/editline]
Wait.. unless i very badly misunderstood, was that talktalk rejecting this idea?!
It was, they're doing something awesome for the consumer!
they can take my freedom but they can never take my fileeeeeeeeeeez
My current ISP has fucked my connection up so many times in the past, that we get extra treatment so we won't change the ISP, meaning no warnings from anything etc. :v:
they can take my freedom but they can never take my fileeeeeeeeeeez
:filez: THEY ARE FLYING ALREADY
they can take my freedom but they can never take my fileeeeeeeeeeez
I agreed with you, then I noticed that it was you...
where will i get TheOfficeUS_Season5DivX.torr now??????
This would not have happen if people don't download stuff illegally
everythings illegal
Virgin Media are already doing this, but I doubt the other ISP's can really give a shit.
I am with virgin media, and with the 1/4th of the download speed i should get, they can go fuck themselves if they send me a letter saying they're gonna cut me off.
Two warning letters? No fine? Probably won't happen anyway? Lol @ America
...Meep

An idea: Don't all bit torrents come with the option for encrypting? Therefore, if you actually were pirating something or just a legal torrent, you can just deny it.
Lord mandelson is hated by virtually everyone in England
Feh, I'm on Bulldog, who are owned by Pipe, who are owned by tiscali, and while the service is a pile of shit they couldn't give less of a shit what you download. It's all good, yo.
ogod At least here In America we have those new FCC laws they put out not too long ago.
