Now, if it was found that he actually had CP, then they could convict him on that. However, it seems to me that they're trying to convict him entirely on the book that he wrote, which is wrong.

The book was dissapointing. The characters were stale and it only had one continuous story line with no ups or downs, and the ending was uneventful.
