Have you actually read what she said in its context, or just small snippets? I haven't seen any that were actually bad, or at least showed her as anything other than a liberal-leaning moderate with reasonable but unambitious policies.
For example, things like "I did all I could to make [Wall Street] continue to prosper" sounds bad in isolation, but the full quote was "But even thought I represented [Wall Street] and did all I could to make sure they continued to prosper, I called for closing the carried interest loophole and addressing skyrocketing CEO pay.", which is kind of the exact opposite.

No career politician would ever say anything like the last things you mentioned, they just won't, much less if they're being taped. The worst you may find is an example like the first which will in most cases fall under plausible deniability. It's just how politicians operate.
