I would like to let people in the thread know that this was published by the supposed "Jewish Internet Defense Force", which is doing quite a terrible job of trying to get anti semitism off the web. If you want to see it for yourself, look up the "Jews" page on Facebook or just google it.
He should get a medal, he obeyed what his stupid officers ordered extremely well and probably saved his fellow soldier's lives. I entirely blame the dumb officials and officers in the way the ship was handled.
The Israelis had a choice. They could have let those people deliver food to innocent civilians starving in Gaza because of the blockade. Instead, they sent their commandos to kill people. :colbert:
death to the Israeli regime
Now we know to never bother reading your posts.
I'm still on Israel's side because they didn't resort to violence first
He was shot in the head 4 times, it brings up the question as to how the IDF commandos defended themselves. Remember even the IDF claimed they were only armed with sidearms, shooting someone in the head four times with a pistol is not easy feat when your acting under self defense.
A guy with a metal pipes and knives attack you, what will you do? A) Let him attack you B) attack back Be fucking real [editline]07:32PM[/editline]
Honestly, I don't know why the Israel government is doing all of this to stop a boat from trying to give relief to Gaza.
Don't you fucking understand that most of these boats deliever rockets to the Hamas?!
I'm still on Israel's side because they didn't resort to violence first
Yeah, from their version of the story. From any of the stories of those on the ship, they fired on them long before boarding.
A guy with a metal pipes and knives attack you, what will you do? A) Let him attack you B) attack back Be fucking real
you're completely disconnected from reality yes, im sure the commandos were under imminent threat from the man with the bullet in his brain. under such threat in fact, that they had to shoot him three more times. at close range. not only were they acting under self defense, but they are so innocent that they can't release the security footage proving their innocence because their innocence is already so self evident

Four times? I guess some people are just perfectionists... (And yes, I do think they were arseholes. But they did it all the way.)

Let me say it again for you. He was shot four times in the skull at close range. Are you saying that they did that while being attacked by twenty people? Well, 19 now, actually.
the average human height is 1.7m. the body accelerates downwards at 9.8m/s^2 as soon as the first bullet hit his head. that means that he would have to fire 4 shots at the head (which is falling) in less than 1/2 of a second. the best shooters in the world can shoot one shot in just over 1/10th of a second.
Fixed. Oh, and, his leg muscles won't relax instantly. Therefore he won't begin falling immediately after the first shot is fired. So it would in fact be possible. Of course, the firer would have to be continuously aiming at his head, which might not be so easy. But it's more possible than one might think.
Not to mention this matches up fucking exactly with eye witness testimony. And yet you people are still on Israel's side despite the fact that they refuse to release the footage that would, if they're being honest, prove their innocence? Christ, how much does someone have to shit in the face of justice before you realize it isn't chocolate?
Nuke Israel.. :ms:

http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5jnuiLTovjxjwSwo415F9qITUTsZA [release]JERUSALEM — Israel is falling victim to "cultural terrorism," a top music promoter charged on Sunday, after US alternative rock group The Pixies cancelled their first-ever gig in the Jewish state. The band was to have performed a single gig on Wednesday as part of a five-day music festival in Tel Aviv, but pulled out just days after a deadly Israeli naval raid on a foreign aid flotilla that left nine activists dead. "It is with great regret that we announce today The Pixies' decision to cancel their appearance in Israel on June 9," promoter Shuki Weiss said in an initial statement, which also included an apology to fans from the band. But Weiss himself later issued a second statement lambasting moves to boycott the Jewish state, which has seen a growing number of international acts pull out of planned appearances in Israel. "I am full of both sorrow and pain in light of the fact that our repeated attempts to present quality acts and festivals in Israel have increasingly been falling victim to what I can only describe as a form of cultural terrorism which is targeting Israel and the arts worldwide," he wrote. "Fans cannot be punished for the deeds of their governments." The Pixies pulled out of this week's gig in a decision which the band said "was not reached easily." "We'd like to extend our deepest apologies to the fans, but events beyond all our control have conspired against us," the group said. The move came just days after two British bands pulled out of the same music festival, Pic.Nic 2010, which started on Saturday and runs until June 9. London-based indie punk band Klaxons and Gorillaz, a hiphop project fronted by Blur's Damon Albarn, were supposed to headline Pic.Nic 2010 but pulled out on Thursday in a move believed to be linked to the aid flotilla storming. "These 'sudden' decisions affect thousands of Israeli music lovers turning them into victims and robbing them of a handful of hours of joy, adrenalin, and culture, in the name of suffering they have neither caused nor wish for," Weiss wrote. The show, he said, "must go on in the name of pluralism, camaraderie, and mutual respect. It must go on to remind people that this world has more to it than violence and disaster." In recent months, Israel has been hit by a string of cancellations by high profile musicians, including Britain's Elvis Costello, rock guitarist Carlos Santana and rap forefather Gil Scott-Heron, after they came under pressure over Israel's policies towards the Palestinians. Weiss, one of Israel's top music promoters, has been responsible for bringing many international stars to Israel over the past few years, including rock legend Roger Waters of Pink Floyd fame, and Madonna. Moran Paz, a spokeswoman for the producer, told AFP the ongoing cultural boycott was "a state affair" and that it was up to the government to take steps against those trying to sway foreign artists from coming to Israel. "The Israeli authorities must do what they can to fight against those who are doing everything they can to prevent artists from performing in Israel," she said, without elaborating. In recent months, various local and international groups have stepped up a campaign for an academic and cultural boycott of Israel to protest its occupation of Palestinian territory. The Pixies' decision to cancel comes three months after the band received an open letter from Israeli human rights activists urging them not to come to the Jewish state. "As much as some of us are huge fans and would love to hear your show, we won't cross the international picket line that is growing in numbers steadily nowadays to come and see you," the group Boycott! wrote in an open letter to the band sent on March 1.[/release] Nice to see artists standing up for what they believe in.
Cultural Terrorism
Lol Though I do feel for the fans. I can understand how a lot of people would be really upset about this. After all, it was the governments decision to to pull that douche bag move not the people's.
They did something good IMO
They must be anti-Semites as well.
