lol, you obviously have never been in a donation drive or food collection.
It's obvious they've collected that food or had it given to them. It's not like they MADE it. When you collect food, you collect what you get. The problem here is you're acting like they SUBSTITUTED spices for food. I have been in food collection drives for fucking homeless people where people have given things like spices, or something more expensive. Food is food. The spices don't fucking substitute what's given. This is fucking ASININE to think it does you nutcase. You're acting like they had the food and was like "welp, we got three things of meat and some spices... get rid of two things of meat! Free Palestine!"
and NO where in the Helsinki law book, do i find "luxurious foods" as being contraband. You are flat out lying, burnemdown. And since when is "luxurious foods" contraband. What constitutes luxurious foods? Is there a list of contraband?
(tbh, i think the correct answer to this question is "it's all bullshit, so no need to answer" )

dumbdogggggg
[editline]07:50PM[/editline]
And a box of spices doesn't take up that much space.
Luxurious food will only get into the Hamas' hand and thus will improve their situation. I know that it's not like their situation is bad so luxurious food getting into their hands isn't gonna change anything, but that doesn't mean that the blockade should be removed entirely or is illegal.
Luxurious food will only get into the Hamas' hand and thus will improve their situation.
and you base this on what?
Luxurious food will only get into the Hamas' hand and thus will improve their situation.
>Burnemdown uses bullshit argument
>burnemdown fell down :(
starpluck, you have many articles to choose from. And in my opinion, if they have declared something in the year 2009, but havn't declared something which dismissing their former declaration - that validity of the 2009 decleration still stands. That means, if Hamas declared in 2008 or w/e, that it supports the destruction of Israel, and since then hasn't released any declaration in the form of 'we don't support the destruction of Israel' - it means they still believe in what they declared in 2008. I hope I explained my point clearly although I'm pretty sure I complicated it...
That's not true.
Clinton said she will obliterate Iran. She never took back her statement.
oh burnemdown, you are a joke
and you base this on what?
On the fact that when luxurious food does get into Gaza, for example when the supplies from the flotilla were brought in, even contraband items, except for expired medicine, they raided the supplies and took the good stuff for themselves, and they do it every time.
It's not that I found procedures and this wasn't among them, I didn't find procedures at all. The closest thing I found was the procedure for US navy men when boarding a ship, but that was a friendly ship, that is docking.
So then explain to me why Israel signal jammed the aid ship and confiscated all their recording equipment?
how is spicy meat going to improve a fucking government organisation.
how is spicy meat going to improve a fucking government organisation.
It's not going to improve their organization, but will help them hold out. The goal of the blockade is also to reduce Hamas' influence, and if they can only live on basic food like the one that arrives in the humanitarian aid, it should weaken their influence, as opposed to them being wealthy and having a high standard of living.
You didn't refute the Helsinki one, and the food that is considered contraband is luxurious food that the people who are in need of humanitarian aid won't get anyway. I mean, if you're in a desperate need of food, would you care about having some spices on your fresh meat, or would you rather have two meals of frozen meat?
So you fucking ban them entirely? "A lot of you guys are poor, so no point in getting these items. But we're also going to ban them as well just in case you can afford them"
On the fact that when luxurious food does get into Gaza, for example when the supplies from the flotilla were brought in, even contraband items, except for expired medicine, they raided the supplies and took the good stuff for themselves, and they do it every time.
Oh jesus christ.
You ignored ALL my questions.
And you have NO evidence for this.
how is spicy meat going to improve a fucking government organisation.
Its to prevent suicide bombers.

Hey burnemdown, just wanted to point something the fuck out
A quick google search shows gaza has 1.5 million people.
I doubt there are 1.5 million people in Hamas.
Its to prevent suicide bombers.
Actually, some stuff like sugar are ingredients in home-made explosives.
Its to prevent suicide bombers.
oh fuck, you're right
they put pepper in those bomb vests. makes one hell of a spicy explosion.

Yeah, but only the Hamas will get them, they'll steal the supplies when they get into Gaza, as they do when luxurious goods enter Gaza.
Actually, some stuff like sugar are ingredients in home-made explosives.
let's ban cars too since they're used in bombings

I'm pretty sure cars aren't allowed into Gaza.
Edit: From the outside, of course, there are many cars in Gaza.
Actually, some stuff like sugar are ingredients in home-made explosives.
A lot of things that are put in explosives can be found. Don't try to fucking mark it up as having anything to do with
and tbh, i'm no... militant or radical anymore, but in my old days of teenage angsty radical communism, I researched weapons and explosives quite a bit.
sugar? Never heard of that. I'd like a source for that.
oh fuck, you're right

Must be a hot explosion.
Actually, some stuff like sugar are ingredients in home-made explosives.
What JDK said.
Also, you still haven't answered my question.
I'm pretty sure cars aren't allowed into Gaza.

Let let cars in Gaza.
Let's ban tar because its used in cigarettes.
What's hilarious is, I've been closer to Gaza then you've been.
Also, you still haven't answered my question.
I'm looking for procedures but I can't find nothing even remotely related.
Yeah, but only the Hamas will get them, they'll steal the supplies when they get into Gaza, as they do when luxurious goods enter Gaza.
I actually checked wikipedia before hand, and I couldn't find anything, so I'm assuming that's why you have no source.
I'm looking for procedures but I can't find nothing even remotely related.
or my question.
What's hilarious is, I've been closer to Gaza then you've been.
And I suppose you know how close was I to Gaza all my life?
You have the world at your hands, burnemdown, stop ignoring everything.
[editline]08:06PM[/editline]
And I suppose you know how close was I to Gaza all my life?
It's pretty obvious, that or you're retarded.
I'm looking for procedures but I can't find nothing even remotely related.
I told you. Signal jamming is not a standard procedure. Israel only imposed it to prevent the Flotilla to report to the outside world what's going on, as well as the confiscated equipment.
This was all made sure to prevent contradiction with Israel's story.
I actually checked wikipedia before hand, and I couldn't find anything, so I'm assuming that's why you have no source.
