It is. And it could be set right in the middle of a major city as well, like New York, or Chicago, or San Fran! Just think, that would cut away all the crap going into the air from trucks shipping it out to places!
Popular Science wrote a big article on it last spring, and I've been hooked on this idea ever since. I honestly see no problem with it at all, with the exception of people not knowing about it, thus not supporting it.
