Agree. But given a funny instead :c00l:
What a coward.
I think this is a good thing.
I wouldn't want someone that fucking stupid fighting for my country. He'd end up killing friendlies and civilians believing them to be conspiring with zombie Saddam.

Just because he's a conspiracy theorist doesn't mean he's a terrible soldier. He's a Major after all.
Major douche

Anyone who thinks Obama is not a citizen, needs to have their judgment examined. So I wouldn't put my life on the line for a guy who thinks irrationally.

we'll he's obviously not very dedicated to his service
it's not Obama's war, so he's going back on the oath that all U.S. military make
Alot of people in the military hate it, mainly, dying and fighting a war with no major purposes.
I know a few who served, none of them liked it and don't want to go back.
So this kid finds loophole not to be deployed, kudos to him.

If it were Iraq, I would agree.
As much as I hate Obama, he is the legal president.
I don't believe so there's no proof.
Do you think that guy could have been on facepunch? Ol what's his name?
[editline]04:35PM[/editline]
He said he was going to be deployed to Afghanistan or Iraq somewhere
I don't believe so there's no proof.
uh, yeah.
yeah there is.
what a pussy
What a pussy you say? He's taking advantage of the system, rather than attacking the man, we should try and patch up the source of the issue and praise this man for showing us how we fucked up when writing up the law.
Wait, does it say his father's name is "Barack Obama" too? Our president is a Jr. ?
There is one other explanation
What a pussy you say? He's taking advantage of the system, rather than attacking the man, we should try and patch up the source of the issue and praise this man for showing us how we fucked up when writing up the law.
Not quite. We didn't all write the law, as spectators we're entirely justified in judging him.

We elected our officials as a society and those officials created those laws. That's how the system works.

You can't find a candidate who completely fits your criteria of the perfect official. As such it's impossible to engineer only specific policies through voting alone.
In the end it was the responsibility of the officials involved to create satisfactory legislation, any small errors in such legislation is their responsibility.
Why are you posting in this thread?
Oh jesus christ not you guys again!
If this were McCain, the republicans would be satisfied with the damn newspaper article.
That's because we were born here, we don't need to learn anything to get into where we're already at :downs:
Exactly why you're no more deserving of being in the country than the turd a dog just shat out on the sidewalk.
I doubt that, a dishonorable discharge is a complete kick to the nuts, McDonalds wont even hire people who have gotten dishonorable discharges, if you got one your more or less SOL.
He brought it on himself when he decided to go back on his oath.
Perhaps he should receive a dishonorable discharge?
Working on it... :munch:
By dishonorable discharge, I thought you meant huge shit.
Since the oath of enlistment for the US Army is:
"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
Then surely he's broken the oath, even if he doesn't recognise Obama as his president?
Now every soldier is going to say that Obama wasn't born in US.
they wouldn't do that :colbert:

He'll probably say that the oath is void since 'Obama isn't the president'.

That part kinda makes the 'president' angle much less signicant.

Yeah, that's true. But the president presides over those officers, so technically he would be following the president through his COs.
