I'm guessing the people rating the post have no clue what the o2 is:

It really needs to have 'the' in front of it for anyone to think of that
o2 is the worst network imo, their data plans suck balls and their 3G coverage is laughable.
Depends what part of the UK - in northern ireland they are the best network for coverage
I'm with BE so hoping nothing changes for me.
Sadly I still don't have access to fibre optic despite living on the edge of a City.
check that link i posted, eventually be/o2 customers will be moved to sky this involves taking a sky phoneline also sky dont support features like static ip

GiffGaff is great in NI if you need a lot of data, because it has o2 coverage with GG's great data plans

Also what a shame, BE Broadband was quite good
a couple of years ago what they offered couldnt be matched but they took too long to offer a fibre service, they lost a huge number of customers already not surprising telefonica sold them
TBH the O2 BB is too expensive at the moment and every fecking broadband requires you get line rental through the same provider.
But if it helps the 4G coverage and speeds up the rollout, i'm happy. I've got my broadband through Virgin, much better
