Bush's fault. Nice job.
you're a master debater
what does that have to do with anything?
If Democrats are submissive, there shouldn't be so many in office.
That's not a very good argument. By that logic you could say China is good because South East Asia is doing way worse.
w/e man he's just being paranoid
Bush's fault. Nice job.
uh...
uh...
That doesn't show much TBH. http://www.google.com/publicdata?ds=usunemployment&met=unemployment_rate&tdim=true&dl=en&hl=en&q=unemployment+rate That is a much better. Notice how by the time Obama took office unemployment was skyrocketing and was at 8.5%. Only just over the past year has it started going down.
If Democrats are submissive, there shouldn't be so many in office.
uh... how do you reach that logic
uh... how do you reach that logic
Submission means they easily give in. Shouldn't they all of quit their campaigns early then?
uh... They submit to the Republicans
uh... They submit to the Republicans
Well duh, what other major party is there?
That doesn't show much TBH.
Its not that people are getting their jobs back, it is that they are running out of unemployment insurance and as such not getting picked up in the databases....
That makes no sense. So everyone is losing their unemployment insurance at the same time? [editline]01:02AM[/editline]
Some people think that to get these figures on unemployment, the Government uses the number of persons filing claims for unemployment insurance (UI) benefits under State or Federal Government programs. But some people are still jobless when their benefits run out, and many more are not eligible at all or delay or never apply for benefits. So, quite clearly, UI information cannot be used as a source for complete information on the number of unemployed.

Because unemployment insurance records relate only to persons who have applied for such benefits, and since it is impractical to actually count every unemployed person each month, the Government conducts a monthly sample survey called the Current Population Survey (CPS) to measure the extent of unemployment in the country. The CPS has been conducted in the United States every month since 1940, when it began as a Work Projects Administration project. It has been expanded and modified several times since then. For instance, beginning in 1994, the CPS estimates reflect the results of a major redesign of the survey. (For more information on the CPS redesign, see Chapter 1, "Labor Force Data Derived from the Current Population Survey," in the BLS Handbook of Methods.)
http://www.bls.gov/cps/cps_htgm.htm#where Yea, it has nothing to do with Unemployment Insurance.
Its not that people are getting their jobs back, it is that they are running out of unemployment insurance and as such not getting picked up in the databases....
wait, what? [editline]02:06AM[/editline]
Well duh, what other major party is there?
You don't know what the fuck is going on, do you?
not really, you can't get much more constitutionally ignorant then being a conservative
I remember a time when people used critical thinking and proper argumentative skills. Now its just "lol you're an idiot because you are affiliated with such and such party". Maybe this is why nothing gets done in DC?
Can you not read what I am typing? Unemployment numbers are dropping because fewer people can continue to apply for unemployment. And its not all at the same time. Notice the drop off has been over the previous 5 months in that chart yawmwen posted.

UI has nothing to do with Unemployment Rates.
Are you joking? People have been using ad hominem since we invented language.
I'm not denying there was people using ad hominem, but people were usually looked down on for it. Now it seems to be a required tactic of debate.
what like 2002? get real
2002 was the pinnacle of intelligent argument. Everyone knows this.
you didn't read his post.
I read his post. All I got out of it was that they count how many people are on unemployment once every month.
I read his post. All I got out of it was that they count how many people are on unemployment once every month.
You read my post and that's all you got out of it? I'll point out the important part.
I read his post. All I got out of it was that they count how many people are on unemployment once every month.
yeah you didn't read it
You really need to go to high school, or maybe middle school, because missing that part means you have some serious problems with your reading comprehension.
He bans Fox from his headquarters, so they run a smear campaign on him. Real classy, Fox.

democrats are submissive
Then why are there so many in office?
because they aren't republicans [editline]08:26PM[/editline]

banks loan to people, unemployment has slowed it's just a blowback of bush, and this is just subjective.
Bush's fault.
