Google's Chrome grabs No. 3 browser spot from Safari

How is safari in / was in the top 3, it's basicly the most simple minded browser there is, all it really does is shows web pages ect. While the other browsers have more options ex: chrome or firefox I really see appple stuff as a computer/ programs for idiots wh ohave yet to learn how or what a computer is and does.
Apple bash :P
this was bound to happen because everybody knows chrome is the best browser
110 agrees and 110 disagrees? !!!
Just shows Google isn't number one for everything.
Yet.
I would switch to Google Chrome, but I can't hear a single thing when I play videos on Chrome, and I've tried a lot of solutions.
I'm just going to stick with Firefox for now.
One time I was using Chrome trying to masturbate, then I heard my dad open the door and he almost caught me because the bloody window wouldn't close.

You were masturbating to Chrome? :colbert:
When Chrome first came out I was like "It's fast, but I can't use it regularly until I can middle-click to autoscroll" , then they added it & I was like "It's fast & I can auto-scroll now, but it's not replacing Firefox til it gets extensions & userscripts, which'll never happen"
Well, it did happen. I see no reason why Chrome shouldn't be able to maintain a massive market share.
The only thing that pisses me off is that you can't disable history, so you have to remember to go into incognito mode to do naughty things.. but I made my history files read-only and that solved it.
Chrome is my favorite browser on Windows and Linux, but on OS X it's definitely Safari.

In some cases it has better ones too. It still feels way too different for me to get used to it though. The settings for one thing is just not as straight forward as what Firefox has.
I started using Firefox a couple of days ago because chrome suddenly became extremely sluggish.
There's no fucking difference between Firefox and Chrome exept for the visuals.
Opera is best.
Opera is best.
Honestly I've been using them all and tried everything, and I say I've had the best experiences overall with Opera. Every browser has it's flaws and strong points, but all taken into account I do stick to the O, as for personal needs and preferences obviously, and of course I do not see anything wrong with someone preferring other browsers because of their strongpoints being more the thing said user needs or wants.
Although I sometimes do use Chrome as my secondary browser.
Safari is okay on Macs, but on Windows machines it's damn near unusable.

What? He said he preferred Firefox and then you got a screen-cap of him using firefox? Congratulations i guess?
I just installed Safari. The horror set in before I could take a screenshot and I uninstalled literally within fifteen seconds of opening it.
safari is okay on a mac
dunno about windows though
how do people find these old old threads?

I guess some people get so bored that they end up lurking pages and pages on end to find a thread to post.

The UI doesn't make peoples eyes bleed.

At least its fixable, though.
The Ui doesn't matter since both browsers can be changed how ever you want to.
However I am not sure how much you can change on Chrome.
But damn why so much grey in that screenshot. Linux must be quite a bland os.

Chrome is fairly rigid, but "it just werks" I used to use Firefox years ago, but I was sick to death of all the addons I had to make it less shit crapping out after each update.

Linux doesn't have a set user interface, its completely modular and I'm using one of the many, many window managers available with one of the many themes available.
