What a brilliant man.
it was Kim's dying wish "to be sprinkled over the red carpet and over Halle Berry's chest."
welp I know how I wanna be remembered now
"that guy who you can see if you look really closely at Halle Berry's boobs"
Pouring fake ashes onto a carpet is worse than gathering people up and murdering them?
It's Jay Leno making a point about how this will get more media coverage than anything Gaddafi or Assad have done
You can't just read one line of a story and shit yourself over it
I love how Tina Fey also played along.

I like him.
He's a marketing genious
Thats Sacha Cohen? I thought it was fuckin' Adamn Sandler!
I saw this live and thought the whole thing was fucking brilliant :v:
I love how he even has the female guards and everything, the urn was an awesome touch, and all of this after being told he wouldn't be allowed to walk down the red carpet dressed as his character
The funniest part is how they denied him the tickets in case he did a stunt, then told him he could come if he promised not to do a stunt but he went ahead with it.

Those women needed to shut up.
I'm going to have to watch this movie :v:
Love Cohen, he doesn't give a fuck. He knows his infamy makes him pretty untouchable, and he exploits it.
Nobody realises Cohen actually studied at Cambridge Uni, he's a smart guy.
And he's amazing at provoking uproar to market his films.
Gotta say, not having seen Borat or Bruno, the trailer for the Dictator seemed like I probably wouldn't like it... I have faith, though, especially since that racing scene was hilarious.

It seems that his entire family is quite well educated, its surprising that he is in comedy more than anything.

It's just like Stephen Fry, he's intelligent as fuck yet he's a comedian, at least that's what got him famous.
Most people don't realise is that Sacha set this whole thing up from the start, his group started the rumors of not letting him walk the red carpet as his character, the Academy denied this shortly after it was rumored.
Sacha uploads a new video to the Republic of Wadiya youtube channel, making fun of the Academy and demanding they give back his tickets (which they never took away) and then he turns up at the actual award show doing exactly what the "Zionist Academy" told him not to.
Great promoting. I wouldn't be surprised if Ryan Seacrest was in on it too.

Exactly. He's smart and knows exactly what he is doing, and it works.
Comedian Steve Martin said: "I love Sacha Baron Cohen", and joked that the red carpet shouldn't be sacred ground.
I don't think he's joking about that.
The ashes are actually made of the money he burned that he'll make back the day after The Dictator comes out.
