Secret character?
You mean DLC.
I really hope somebody doesn't fuck this up
After the HD remaster? My hopes are low. The base gameplay was all there, albeit Reverts were fucking DLC, but the fucking floatiness, jumping into a grind only for your character to just sort float into place rather than instantly lock on, and the weird physics and awkward gravity just.. It felt worse than even the originals. And after seeing Ride and Shred, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the quirks carried over from those games because they tried to be 'lax' about the physics for the cumbersome controller.

While these may technically be ragdolls, they are just terrible.
I've been thinking of how to say this charitably but holy god, this game looks like ass!
Anyone else have a feeling that "power ups" are going to amount to "paid cheat codes/DLC that is equivalent to cheat codes"?
If I am remembering correctly, THPSHD initially was not slated for a PC release, but along the line got one. Could be the same case here, which is a mixed blessing as we have no idea if this will be any good.
I can only hope that Robomodo has learned something after shitting out 3 terrible Tony Hawk games.
The Tony Hawk series does not deserve to be shit on like it has been ever since Neversoft quit.

The sad thing is that Neversoft never really did distinctly quit. They just had the franchise yanked from their hands to be made by Robomodo and Neversoft was stuck on mainly Guitar Hero sequels starting with the third game after Harmonix left to make Rock Band. Literally, look up game listings and you'll see that in 2007 Neversoft released both Proving Ground, and Guitar Hero 3, and then every game after that was GH until their partial merger with Infinity Ward for Call of Duty: Ghosts, of all things.
Now Neversoft's dissolved and the devs had one last hurrah after burning down their own eye logo. Activision may've quieted down in almost everything not Call of Duty, but they're still dev killers like they've always been.
God, I wish I still had my copies of TH games.
GoG, are your ears burning right now?
His hand looks deflated
