Which means he receives a sentence, but is placed on probation. If he completes the probation period without major issue, then the sentence itself is dismissed. Prior to sentencing, a pre-sentence investigation will be ordered by the judge. The probation officer (these are who conduct these) will look over his history and lay out the specific conditions of his release. The judge can amend these, but basically never does. One of the conditions of his release will almost certainly be a mental health evaluation followed by a requirement that he take all prescribed medicine as instructed and adhere to the orders laid out by the mental health evaluation. Following sentencing, CWC, who is likely to rate fairly high on the supervision scale, will see a PO once or twice a month who will monitor him and make sure that he is actually adhering to these conditions. The system is designed to get people who are experiencing both severe mental health issues AND addiction issues back on some semblance of the right track. It is far from perfect (even if the PO does an excellent job, the services available to him are only so effective and well funded), but it deals with cases far worse than CWC every day. He isn't beyond help.

He has a comic based on his combo of sonic and pikachu called sonichu. His comics are where half the humor of observing chris comes from. He's a beta test version of a Brony before it was even a thing. He is a gigantic asshole and uses his autism as a excuse. He is also known to be very creepy. this is where the other half of observing chris comes from. People tried to help him and failed, so the only thing to do is observe and laugh. he became a "tomboy" like 2-3 years ago but i honestly stopped focusing on him around that time. i have no clue if he's actually a trans or something but i guess by being called christine he/she is becoming one?

Funnily enough, one of the few assholes out of the school's 'autism unit' behaved similarly to Chris in certain ways (talking down to people, delusions of grandeur, denying there's anything wrong) and also had an odd love for Sonic. I still remember the time he demanded his TA (support people, all of whom were really nice so it pissed me off when he treated them like shit) give him the fucking answers before getting up, headbutting the door and walking out. Nearly choked to death stopping myself from laughing. No one needs to pick on Chris-Chan or bait him, all the funniest things he has done are always his own doing. People tried helping him all these years but he never took it, and his parents enabled him.
